2.2 Registration Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on the platform:

  • The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
  • All information provided must be true, accurate and complete.
  • Each person may create only one account.
  • Multiple members of the same family may open separate accounts, however operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
  • The applicant agrees to comply with all applicable laws.

2.3 Registration Process

At the time of registration you must provide your correct name, a valid mobile number or email address, and any other required information. Providing false information will result in permanent closure of the account and deposited funds may be forfeited.

As part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, 339bd may at any time request a National ID (NID), passport or other valid document to verify identity. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Account Security and Responsibility

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and do not share them with anyone.

3.1 User Responsibilities

  • Keep your password strong and unique, and change it regularly.
  • If you log in on a public or shared device, log out at the end of the session.
  • Report any unauthorized access to your account to the support team immediately.

3.2 Platform Responsibilities

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 339bd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300.

  • It is recommended that you complete account verification before making a deposit.
  • Use only a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
  • There are no transaction fees on deposit amounts, however charges from the payment provider may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
  • In cases of suspicious activity, additional documents may be requested to verify a withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not available.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus. To withdraw this bonus you must place a total of ৳15,000 in wagers.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user will receive the welcome bonus one time only.
  • The bonus may only be used on eligible games — the list of eligible games will be included in the promotion details.
  • If a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
  • It is mandatory to read the specific terms of a promotional offer before claiming it.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, 339bd reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus if necessary.

5.4 VIP Program

339bd offers weekly cashback across four VIP tiers:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Regular and active participation is required to advance to a higher tier. Details of the specific benefits for each tier are available in the VIP section of the platform.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on the 339bd platform are conducted fairly and transparently. We work with world-class game providers whose games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

6.1 Game Rules

  • Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.
  • If a game result is determined due to a technical error, it will be considered void.
  • 339bd will not be responsible for any bets lost due to an internet connection failure.
  • If there is any dispute regarding a game result, the support team must be notified within 24 hours.

6.2 Sports Betting

  • No bet may be changed or cancelled after the outcome of that bet has been determined.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable policy.
  • Bets can be placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA), kabaddi and other sports.

6.3 Live Casino

Live dealer games are conducted in real time. If a technical issue occurs during a live game, the dealer's decision will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

In any situation, 339bd's maximum financial liability is limited to the current balance in the user's account.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Closure by 339bd

339bd may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following cases:

  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
  • If evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found.
  • If use of a false identity or documents is proven.
  • If there is no activity on the account for an extended period (as per the inactive account policy).

10.2 Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by sending a written request to [email protected]. It is advised to withdraw all withdrawable funds before closing your account.
